Currently leading the DevOps team at a large insurance company in central New Jersey, Melissa’s journey began as an administrative assistant, where she honed her technical skills while assisting colleagues with computer-related issues. Her proactive approach led her to transition into a help desk analyst role, where she developed a solid foundation in IT. Over the years, Melissa has worn many hats, from quality assurance and project management to change and release management, ultimately finding her niche in the dynamic field of DevOps.

In 2018, Melissa took a significant step in her career by embracing the DevOps movement within her organization.
