Her proactive approach led her to transition into a help desk analyst role, where she developed a solid foundation in IT. Over the years, Melissa has worn many hats, from quality assurance and project management to change and release management, ultimately finding her niche in the dynamic field of DevOps.

In 2018, Melissa took a significant step in her career by embracing the DevOps movement within her organization. Since then, she has been instrumental in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing automation solutions, and fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams. As a passionate advocate for continuous improvement, Melissa actively engages with her peers to enhance the developer experience, streamline processes, and optimize cloud resource management.
